Rubber Blocks !

 

A rubber block is a flexible die used to create duplicate molds of the same design.   The rubber compounds we use are some of the best in the industry. (Plus we have some trade secrets too !)

This rubber case is an innovative design. The resin backing is form fitted. The locking system insures tight seams every time. Here we have a typical case for a simple two piece mold. (It is the John.3:16 plaque). After the plaster hardens, we clean it, strap it, dry it, and ship it to you.
