The Pennsylvania Health Law Project (PHLP) is a state-funded legal aid organization that provides representation, counsel and advocacy for health care issues that impact low-income consumers, the elderly, and persons with disabilities in Pennsylvania. PHLP published two bi-monthly newsletter, "Health Law PA News" and "Senior Health News" that provide a comprehensive overview of news and information regarding health care topics for low-income households.
