Our policy is to make funds deposited at our office,
and also any of the Shared Service Center branches nationwide, available
to you on the same business day as the deposit. Every day is a business
day except Saturday, Sunday and Federal holidays. However, a member
may make a deposit at a Shared Service Center that has weekend or holiday
hours, and that deposit will be available through that branch immediately. |
| The credit union will notify the member
if there is a delay in funds availability, and will inform the member
when the funds will be available. |
Requests which fall outside of the policy guidelines
will require Board review, and may not be done without Board approval. |
| The credit union may hold funds for up to 5 days

guidelines, and remaining in compliance with section 716 of the Rules
and Regulations. This policy is to be disclosed when an individual joins
the credit union, and annually thereafter. Non-member co-borrowers may
be provided a copy of the policy upon signing the loan document. |

nonpublic personal information1 from

numbers or access codes to any third party for direct marketing purposes.
We may disclose the following kinds of nonpublic personal information

or functions on behalf of the credit union (such as data processors,
