| Debit/Credit Card Phone Scam |
There have been reports that members are receiving phone calls. Once the member answers, they hear a recorded message supposedly from VISA Debit Cards. If you receive one of these phone calls, hang up immediately. Do not give out any personal information or try to follow any instructions that you receive through this message. VISA will never contact a member by phone or email. The credit union does use "Falcon Alert", that will call a member regarding either suspicious activity or an online purchase on a members account for verification purposes. This service will never ask you for personal information. |
