Lamb
We feature grass fed lamb from our small flock. Our flock, of production based oxford sheep, lamb each spring. Lambs are raised with the flock naturally, in our lush pastures. We do not use growth hormones or other synthetic stimulants. Antibiotics are only used if warranted to combat infections.
Lambs are available for 4H in late April. Freezer lambs are available based on desired weight. Custom butchering is available from several local processors.
