AGREEMENT

SCHEDULE OF PERFORMANCE  REVIEW AND EVALUATION

REGULAR PART – TIME FACULTY

 

 

INTRODUCTION

 

Regular Part‑time faculty are appointed on a continuing contract to deliver their unique expertise

on a specified timetable. A faculty member currently appointed in this classification undergoes a

 Performance Review and Evaluation each. academic year he/she teaches.

 

 

AGREEMENT

 

I)         Edinboro University APSCUF and Edinboro University management recognize . the requirement for faculty to have a Performance Review and Evaluation as specified in Article 12 of the Collective Bargaining Agreement..

 

2)          Regular Part‑time faculty will receive a Performance Review and Evaluation

during   the first five (5) academic years of his/her appointment. If the Regular Part‑time

faculty   member is renewed beyond the fifth year, the faculty member will be scheduled

for a Performance Review and Evaluation every fourth semester thereafter.

 

3)          Interim evaluations may be conducted, if judged necessary by the department, or

if required by the appropriate Academic Dean. The reasons) for an interim evaluation.

will be given, in writing, to the faculty member. The interim perforce review must be

provided, in writing, to the Regular Part‑time faculty member.

 

4)          If any part of this agreement becomes in conflict with the Collective Bargaining

Agreement, that part of the agreement becomes null and void.
